Attendance at Manor Board Meetings
The Board generally meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
If you would like to observe a board meeting, please email or call Adam to receive the Zoom link. To make a comment or ask a general question, Adam will add you to the open forum list—please limit to three minutes. The board will respond to concerns only after they have discussed them, but it’s important for the board to hear your opinions.

Aluminum Wiring Safety Project
Our buildings have aluminum wiring which causes a risk of fire at outlets . We are about to embark on an important project to increase safety in every unit. More information here. Please count and record every outlet on the form you have received to give us an idea of the scope of the work we will require.
Getting Everyone Connected
Our next task is to see which building will be the first to have 100% sign in on our owner portal. All of your account information, our directory and calendar is available for you there.
