Owner Open Forum Guidelines

 

An Open Forum will begin at the beginning of each board meeting. Any owner or resident who would like to make a comment or ask a question will have up to three minutes to speak. Due to time constraints and the need to make sure all responses are correct, questions and comments will be noted in the minutes and addressed at subsequent board meetings. Responses will be found in minutes, at the next meeting, or on the website.

Owners and residents may observe but not participate in the board meeting.
We expect all in attendance to abide by the following civility principles:
