Moving In or Out

  • Be looking for a questionnaire from your title company. They will want to be clear on pertinent information so they can handle your closing efficiently and accurately.

  • Moving and Renovation Policies  We have summarized the rules and regulations from our governing documents that pertain to moving and renovation. 

  • Get Resale Documents.  

  • Request Refund of Deposit.  Submit this form for the return of your deposit if no damage is found.

  • Cable Service. If you are looking for TV services only, your choices are Spectrum (Charter), and DirectTV through HLS Communications at 314-609-2507. HLS does not offer internet service at this time. AT&T service providers should be telling you that you are not allowed to get TV here unless you go through HLS. '

  • Dryer Vent Compliance Form. If you have laundry facilities in your unit, you must complete our Dryer Vent form and comply with county code for venting the dryer.

 

Renovation and Repairs

  • Aluminum Wiring. If you are making changes to your unit, please consider helping us prevent fires by pigtailing all your outlets and anything wired into your ceilings and walls. If you choose to follow this process, please obtain a signed completed St. Louis County Inspection that lists the remediation as a project. 

  • Maintenance Requests are placed on the Portal.

  • Owner maintenance and repairs:  Leaks or other repair needs between owners are handled by ?

  • Architectural Improvement Request may be placed on the portal or downloaded here. All significant repairs and renovation must be approved by the Board. Allow 30-60 days.

  • Water Shut Off Valve Information.   You will need to plan for plumbing in advance so your neighbors will have 48 hours notice if their water is going to be turned off.

  • Reimbursement Request .  In the event you need to repair damage to your unit that turns out to be caused by an Association common element, submit this form for repayment. It will help to read the form first to be sure you follow the procedures.
